RPM Pool Technicians is undergoing a transformation in its customer service and administrative provisions, ensuring our clients receive only the best in high quality customer care.
Beginning December 2023, Robert will no longer be receiving texts or phone calls from contracted clients to his direct line. This is to ensure all inquiries from clients are given prompt response by RPM customer service specialists, and to ensure all of your questions and concerns are responded to in a timely matter.
All customer service inquiries regarding pool maintenance, service, renovations, contracts, signatures, billing, and related matters must be sent to email@example.com, with your name, address and phone number included in your message. Phone calls can also be made to 203-274-7387 during our office hours of 10AM-4:00PM EST Monday-Friday to reach an available representative. Voicemails are also acceptable in the event that a representative cannot be reached or calls are made after office hours. Please allow at least 2-3 business days to receive a response from the office, as we continue to modify our internal workflows in accordance to our administrative capacities.
